1. Age Requirement
This Site and our services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. 2.1 Healing Services Disclaimer (Reiki)
The energy healing services provided by Black Oak Magick, including Reiki, are intended to be a complementary wellness practice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Always consult a licensed medical professional or other qualified health provider for any health concerns. Black Oak Magick and its practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
2.2 Divination & Spiritual Services Disclaimer (Cartomancy, Dream Interpretation)
All divination and spiritual services, including but not limited to cartomancy (tarot/oracle readings) and dream interpretation, are provided for entertainment purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Any decisions or actions you take based on a reading are solely your own responsibility. Black Oak Magick is not liable for any actions you take or choices you make as a result of our services.
2.3 Product Disclaimer (Metaphysical & Curio)
Our physical products, including candles, ritual oils, and other self-care items, are sold as curios for your personal spiritual practice and enjoyment. Any information provided about the metaphysical properties of herbs, crystals, or oils is for educational and spiritual purposes and is based on folklore, tradition, or personal experience. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using our products. The magic and intention come from you, the practitioner.
3. Product Safety Warnings
Your safety is paramount. You agree to use our products responsibly and in accordance with the following warnings.
3.1 Candle Safety
To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candles within sight. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, vibrations, and any flammable objects. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting.
3.2 Body & Self-Care Product Safety
Our ritual oils and body products are for external use only. Before using it fully, perform a patch test on a small area of skin (such as the inner elbow) to check for any allergic reactions or sensitivity. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not ingest.
4. Purchases, Payments, and Policies
4.1 Payments

4.2 Digital Products
Due to their immediate and downloadable nature, all sales of digital products (including e-books, guides, and pre-recorded meditations) are final and non-refundable.
4.3 Services (Reiki, Readings)
Appointments for services are subject to our Cancellation Policy. You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full session fee will be charged. This policy honors the time and energetic preparation explicitly dedicated to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software) are owned by Black Oak Magick and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted one (1) single, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or resell any of our digital content.
