Thank you for your order from Black Oak Magick. Each item in our apothecary is prepared with intention and care. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

Order Processing Time

Our current order processing time is 5-7 business days.

This is the time it takes for us to ritually prepare, package, and dispatch your order. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all public holidays in the United States.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships and is on its way to you.

Shipping Carrier & Methods

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and your location.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:

  • USA (Domestic): Typically 3-5 business days.

  • Canada & Mexico (International): Typically 7-21 business days.

Please note that these estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, postal service issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations: USA, Canada, & Mexico

We are proud to ship our offerings throughout the United States and to our neighbors in Canada and Mexico.

For International Orders (Canada & Mexico):
Please be aware of the following:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient of the package is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that their country's customs office may apply. Black Oak Magick is not responsible for these fees, and they are not included in the shipping cost paid to us. We recommend you check with your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.

  • Customs Delays: Packages can sometimes be delayed in customs. This is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for such delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the USPS system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, we cannot be held responsible for its handling.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Black Oak Magick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that assisting with a carrier claim does not imply that a refund or replacement will be issued, in accordance with our strict Refund & Return Policy.

  • Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit. We take great care in packaging our products, but they may be subject to rough handling by the carrier. According to our Refund and Return Policy, we do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged items.
