Due to the energetic, custom, and digital nature of our work and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements for any reason.
Please shop mindfully and read all service and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the entirety of this policy.
Services (Reiki, Cartomancy, Dream Interpretation)
When you book a session, you reserve a sacred block of time and energetic preparation dedicated solely to you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on any services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments can be rescheduled by contacting us at www.blackoakmagick.com.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or for which you do not show up, is considered a forfeiture of the session. The full session fee will be charged and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. This policy honors our mutual commitment of time and energy.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products—including e-books, guides, pre-recorded meditations, and any other downloadable files—are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, once a purchase is completed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Physical Products (Candles, Ritual Oils, Self-Care Products)
For the safety of our clients and sanitary reasons, all sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges or replacements for any physical items.
Shipping, Damage, and Risk of Loss:
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), the risk of loss or damage transfers to you, the buyer.
Black Oak Magick is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during transit or after delivery. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
If you are concerned about potential shipping issues, we recommend you contact us before ordering to inquire about purchasing additional shipping insurance for your package. In the event of a damaged or lost package, you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
